Summer’s here, and the time is right for a R2M update! The 2010 R2M season has been a slow one, that’s fo’ sho (fo’ sho). We played one night of Rummy back in May and there was cake, Step Brothers and garaging to be enjoyed by all! Let’s not forget Town Spa Za either. In the meantime, most of the Rummy time has been consumed by the various RummyNBA Contests that we’ve gotten ourselves into. With the addition of the “place ya bets” CHALLENGE, we now have year-round predictions to take the place of work, family and other worthless activities. The 2010 edition of the Rummy F.A.G. Contest has also begun, and you can follow along with our Free Agent Guesses.
We’ve also made arrangements for RUMMY WEEKEND IV, which is now a yearly occurrence (and that’s non-negotiable). This will be taking place in Kennardville, NH (duh) in late August and will feature the earliest RummyNBA Draft in history! It will also feature a ton of OHOP, Trailer Park Boys, and probably 3 or 4 viewings of Wayne’s World. And cake too, but that’s understood.
That’s about all the updates for now. If shit happens between now and December 2012, we’ll let ya know.
